• generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• bypass service limits, payment controls, or security mechanisms
• disrupt platform stability or abuse provider integrations

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, applicable law, or safety requirements.

8) Third-Party Providers

Some features depend on third-party providers (including model and infrastructure providers). Availability, latency, and output behavior may vary by provider.

We are not responsible for outages or policy changes from third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

Seedancify platform code, brand assets, and service materials are owned by seedancify.com or its licensors.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Seedancify platform IP.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, seedancify.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
